I am planning to invest in Reliance Growth & LIC Market Plus

The current market condition is really poor.... I had consulted with many brokers some suggested me to invest in Reliance Growth & LIC Market Plus and some says current market condition is not proper for one time investment...they suggest to go with SIP I am still confused to go with these two or not please suggest...
